No Returns or Exchanges:

  1. All sales at Meldoodles Shop are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, issues such as incorrect size, color, or design. Please ensure that you have thoroughly reviewed the product details and specifications before placing your order.

  2. We take great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. In the rare event that you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service team at meldoodlesart@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the damage, and photographs of the damaged item. Our team will review your claim and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

  3. Meldoodles Shop is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to resend the package.

  4. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at meldoodlesart@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order before it is processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and our no-return policy will apply.
